Ryan McKenzie and Douglas Fryett Join Board of Directors of ISI Commercial Refrigeration, Inc.

Arbor Private Investment Company today announced that Ryan McKenzie and Douglas Fryett have joined the board of Dallas, Texas-based ISI Commercial Refrigeration, Inc. One of the largest distributors, lessors and servicers of refrigerated foodservice equipment in North America. Arbor completed its acquisition of ISI Commercial Refrigeration, Inc. on August 13, 2001.
Ryan McKenzie most recently was the Chief Operating Officer and owner of Automatic Ice, Inc. and Icemakers, LLC. The combined entities held the largest market share of the ice machine leasing industry in the Midwest. Prior to his involvement in the ice business, Mr. McKenzie spent twenty years in senior positions in the banking industry. Mr. McKenzie has a BA from the University of Chicago and a Masters in Management from Northwestern University.
Douglas Fryett is the founder and President of the Fryett Consulting Group, which provides strategic consulting services to clients principally in the food services, hospitality and healthcare industries. Prior to his professional consulting career, Mr. Fryett was Vice President of Marketing & Strategy for the foodservice division of a major Fortune 100 company. Mr. Fryett has a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Northland University in Toronto, Canada.
