Acquisition of ISI Commercial Refrigeration, INC.

Arbor Private Investment Company today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Dallas, Texas-based ISI Commercial Refrigeration, Inc., ISI is one of the largest distributors, lessors and servicers of refrigerated foodservice equipment in North America, with offices in Dallas, Houston, Abilene and Beaumont. In addition to Texas, the Company serves other markets throughout the South Central U.S. The Company is the second largest distributor and servicer of Scotsman commercial ice systems in North America, and is a leading national distributor for major refrigerated foodservice equipment brands such as Beverage Air, Taylor, Kelvinator, Sani-Serv and Everpure. ISI’s customers are drawn from a range of industries and include such blue chip names as McDonald’s, Wendy’s International, Tricon Global Restaurants, Sysco Foodservice Company, Southwest Airlines, Union Pacific Railroad and Chevron. ISI’s foodservice equipment service and repair fleet is one of the largest in Texas. Terms of the sale were withheld.
