National Provisions Gets New Owner

Miami-based National Provisions, maker of hot dogs, corn beef, pastrami and other deli meats sold under the National Deli brand, has a new owner.

Buyer Arbor Private Investment of Chicago said the deal is aimed at expanding the company’s reach nationally. The terms of the purchase were not released.

National Provisions’ management team and its 120 employees will keep their jobs at the company’s manufacturing facility near Miami International Airport, an Arbor Private Investment spokesman said.
