Strategic Equipment & Supply Acquires ISI Commercial Refrigeration

The agreement, which closed on Nov. 14, was made between Strategic and Arbor Investments, a private equity firm owning The Pinnacle Equipment Group Inc. Pinnacle is the holding company for ISI, a subsidiary.
There will be no management changes as a result of the acquisition, and Marty Monnat, current ISI president, will retain his post, Arbor Investments VP Kimberly Harrod said. Monnat has more than 28 years of experience in the foodservice industry and joined ISI in 2003. He became president in July 2005.
