Biography

Mr. Campolo was a co-founder of the General Partner in 1999. Since that time he has been actively involved in all aspects of the firm, including initiating investment opportunities, structuring acquisitions, limited partner relations and firm management. Prior to co-founding the General Partner, Mr. Campolo was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Reyes Holdings, LLC, where he worked closely with Mr. Purcell on all acquisition, divestiture and capital markets activities. Before joining Reyes Holdings, LLC, Mr. Campolo was a commercial banker at LaSalle National Bank and American National Bank of Chicago, and an information systems consultant at Andersen Consulting in Philadelphia. Mr. Campolo is Chairman of Meridian Brands Holdings, LLC, Rice Garden, Inc., and Gold Standard Baking, Inc., and is the former Chairman of Pinnacle Equipment Group. He also serves as a Director of Allied Specialty Foods, Inc., and National Deli, LLC.

Mr. Campolo has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University, where he graduated cum laude.
