Biography

Mr. Campolo was a co-founder of the General Partner in 1999. Since that time he has been actively involved in all aspects of the firm, including initiating investment opportunities, structuring acquisitions, limited partner relations, and firm management. Prior to co-founding the General Partner, Mr. Campolo was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Reyes Holdings, LLC. Before joining Reyes Holdings, LLC, Mr. Campolo was a commercial banker at LaSalle National Bank and American National Bank of Chicago, and an information systems consultant at Andersen Consulting in Philadelphia. Mr. Campolo has served on the Board of Directors for numerous companies during his career. He currently serves as Chairman of Meridian Brands Holdings, LLC, Rice Garden, Inc. and Gold Standard Baking, LLC, and as a Director of Allied Specialty Foods, Inc., National Deli, LLC and Great Kitchens, Inc.

Mr. Campolo has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University, where he graduated cum laude.
