Biography

Ms. McQuade joined Arbor in 2006. She has over twenty years of diverse human resources experience encompassing executive recruiting, compensation and organizational development. She is the founding partner of HR Edge, a consulting company formed to target the HR needs of the private equity and venture capital communities. Prior to founding HR Edge, Ms. McQuade was the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for AAR Corporation, a NYSE-listed aerospace business with over $1 billion in revenue. At AAR, she had global responsibility for all HR functions, including compensation, benefits, union relations and avoidance, policy writing and implementation, executive compensation and international HR. Prior to AAR, Ms. McQuade was the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for The Martin-Brower Company, LLC.

Ms. McQuade has a Masters of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame.
