Biography

Mr. Weed joined Arbor in 2003 and has over eight years of private equity experience. Since joining Arbor, he has been integrally involved in deal evaluation and transaction execution. His current areas of responsibility include sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, transaction and financing support, and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Arbor, Mr. Weed worked for Stax Consulting in Chicago. Mr. Weed serves as a Director of Rice Garden, Inc., Bradshaw International and Arbor Mid-Atlantic Bottling, Inc.

Mr. Weed has a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
