Biography
Mr. Dunn joined Arbor as an Operating Partner in 2008, after working with Arbor as a Rice Garden consultant since the acquisition in April 2007. Mr. Dunn joins Arbor with over thirty-five years of restaurant experience. Prior to establishing his own franchise consulting company, Mr. Dunn was President of McDonald’s $4 billion Great Lakes Division, which encompassed 525 franchisees and 2,600 restaurants serving a combined total of 2.8 million customers every day, with 130,000 staff and restaurant employees. Mr. Dunn is an adjunct professor at Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL and is a member of the Character Education Partnership Board in Washington, DC and the Salvation Army Disaster Relief Board of Chicago. He is responsible for Arbor’s Rice Garden investment.
Mr. Dunn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
