Biography
Mr. Dunn joined Arbor as an Operating Partner in 2008, after working with Arbor as a Rice Garden consultant since the acquisition in April 2007. Mr. Dunn joins Arbor with over thirty-five years of restaurant experience. Prior to establishing his own franchise consulting company, Mr. Dunn was President of McDonald’s $4 billion Great Lakes Division, which encompassed 525 franchisees and 2,600 restaurants serving a combined total of 2.8 million customers every day, with 130,000 staff and restaurant employees. Mr. Dunn is an adjunct professor at Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL and is a member of the Character Education Partnership Board in Washington, DC and the Salvation Army Disaster Relief Board of Chicago. Mr. Dunn is responsible for Arbor’s Rice Garden investment and serves as a Chief Executive Officer for Rice Garden, Inc.
Mr. Dunn has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
