Biography

Ms. Harrod joined Arbor in 2001. She has over fifteen years experience in investment banking, corporate finance and private equity. Prior to joining Arbor, Ms. Harrod was a Junior Partner at Vision Capital Partners, LLC, a Chicago-based merchant bank. Prior to Vision Capital, Ms. Harrod served in various corporate development roles for Farley Industries and Fruit of the Loom, where she focused on corporate strategy, M & A and restructuring. Ms. Harrod has also worked for Credit Suisse First Boston and Kidder, Peabody and Co. in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Harrod serves as a Director of Trudeau Foods, LLC.

Ms. Harrod has a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree with High Honors from the University of Illinois, Champaign.
