Specialized food and beverage teams

Arbor has developed three specialized teams that contribute to the management of each portfolio company. The teams are comprised of experienced food and beverage professionals who have been directly involved in guiding middle market companies to maximize productivity, grow sales and improve profitability.

Arbor Investment Management Team
  • Sources and evaluates acquisition targets through extensive quantitative and industry analysis
  • Manages all aspects of the acquisition, financing, management and disposition of investments
  • Oversees the activities of the Operating Partner and Functional Discipline Teams
  • Guides the strategic initiatives of the Firm and each of its platform and portfolio company investments
Arbor Operating Partner Team
  • Along with the Investment Management Team, the Operating Partner Team is responsible for assisting in acquisition due diligence and investment oversight
  • Team members may oversee specific investments and often serve as board members, non-executive chairmen or interim executives of portfolio companies
  • Portfolio company presidents and CEOs report to and are advised by members of the Operating Partner Team
Arbor Functional Discipline Team
  • Assists with due diligence process by assessing the accounting, human resource and manufacturing capabilities of a target company
  • Works in conjunction with portfolio company management on an ongoing basis to implement continuous improvements
  • Provides various services to portfolio companies, such as accounting, manufacturing and human resource consulting, on a cost-effective basis
